EVOO RECOMMENDATION

Q. “Hi Bill, I have a question for you about olive oil. I read the explanation of the different types of extra virgin olive oil available and . . . I want an oil to sauté with, and if possible, roast veggies. When I have tasted olive oils, I seem to prefer the more peppery ones. Do you have a grocery store brand you could recommend?” ~ Carolyn in Chicago.

A. “Hey Carolyn, I do like the brand called Graza (it’s “Sizzle”, versus its “Drizzle,” version) that I find is sold nationwide at Whole Foods, Target, Sprouts and on amazon.com.
