A: Kathleen, other than buying off the internet (a perfectly good place to find most any preserved food), I’ll plug a couple of local (Colorado) grocers where I myself buy such tuna —keys to the best Salades Niçoises and Pans Bagnats.

At Marczyk Fine Foods’ two locations, look for these brands of sustainably-caught fish: Tonnino, Ortiz and Ventresca. Tonnino is also at Natural Grocers’ many local locations, along with Wild Planet and Crown Prince brands.
