WINE PAIRINGS, PLEASE?
Q. “Thanks for sharing and keeping us cooking with your recipes. How about once in a while indicating a good wine to drink with your dishes?” Nancy H.
A. You’ve spurred me to action, Nancy, to do something I plan to do with all newly posted recipes and backfill with many recipes already on the site: recommend wine pairings. But, more important, I judge, to explain the “why” behind the pairings so that you’ll have further wine pairing ideas of your own when you come across a similar recipe.
Check out my “Wine Pairings and Why” recommendations for these recipes so far (today’s date is September 15, 2024) and look for more of the same for recipes posted from now on.
